Hi Freaks

Golden October is almost over, in the next days you have to dress warmer to run. The stormy and wet weather sent me home very quickly today. My motto remains:

Every day lift up your ass and slip into your comfortable running shoes. And let your thoughts run in the fresh air.

Golden Oktober ist fast rum, in nächsten Tagen muss man sich wärmer anziehen um zu laufen. Das stürmische und nasse Wetter hat mich heute sehr schnell nach Hause geschickt. Meine Devise bleibt:

Jeden Tag Hintern hochheben und in die bequeme Laufschuhe schlüpfen. Und an der frischen Luft Gedanken laufen lassen.
