How to Solve Insomnia

When you are tired, what comes first? I want to rest without thinking. I want to get some sleep. These words will think for themselves. I am exhausted because everything else gets annoying. When the thought of resting is strong, it reaches the stage of finding various ways of how to take a rest.

You can go on a trip to relieve stress or chat with your friends. However, as I feel like it, I miss the fastest way to sleep through sleep.

I have noticed that I have observed people who suffer from insomnia. The percentage of people who could not sleep because of physical defects or illnesses was lower than they thought, and a lot of cases were caused by insomnia because of insufficient mind. I live with such a mental problem.

If you are sick, the quality of your sleep depends on the proper treatment. If sleeping conditions are wrong, sleep quality is improved by finding and improving sleep knowledge. It is because I can see the effect only by matching my body such as a mattress, a pillow, a futon, and a bedroom temperature which is suitable for me. I often hear that after changing bedding, chronic headaches or insomnia have improved considerably. This means that tools for quality sleep are important.

But I think the cause of more serious insomnia is a matter of mind. People who can not sleep because of mental problems have in common. Sadly, it is the fact that the idea that you can not sleep is fixed. I was able to find that I had made an effort to sleep well until I was in desperation for sleep. The more you sleep, the more unbelievable you get. Why did it come to this? It's a shame. I think that the effort to fall asleep was the cause of driving sleep. Because the idea of ​​sleep calls attention and nerves become sensitive. If you get caught in the thought that you have to do something, it makes you excited and unable to fall asleep. In my experience, yes. If there is nothing to do with calmness, there is a high probability of going to the sleeping stage with the head on the pillow.

If you are sick with diseases, mattresses, pillows or other inconveniences, or lack of exercise, caffeine, etc. If you can not sleep with an irregular lifestyle, the quality of sleep will be improved through appropriate treatment and improvement. If this is not the case, but a psychological problem, you should not do anything at the time you want to fall asleep. Then sleep will come. Do not even force yourself to come to sleep.

I do not want to wait for sleep, but I would recommend stopping what you were doing at the time you want to sleep and just lay in bed. Do not worry about sleep, forget sleep. Let the weary mind and body fall into a rest that is just lying down. As simple thoughts and practices accumulate, sleep will come.

To recapitulate my own recipe for solving the insomnia caused by psychological causes, forgetting to even think of sleeping and enjoying yourself in the moment you are lying down. Then you will be able to get a better night's sleep by avoiding the psychological pressure to sleep.
