CURATION REPORT, TEAM-4 WEEK-02

Hi steemians,

We are already in the second week of curation with TEAM-4 and so we are here to present our 2nd report of the month of December as of today, 14th of December 2022

We were able to curate articles written by Steemians which are supervised by our team, TEAM-4 and using the @steemcurator07 curation account, while keeping objective, impartiality and honest work in choosing the best posts of the week.

During the week, were able to fully used all the 7-days of the week to work and curate hundreds of articles written by great authors.

Our week ran smoothly in the respective days of of which we were able to carry out curation and we were able to curate 168 posts and 27 comments, giving us a total of 196 posts curated by TEAM-4. We noticed that each community is making efforts to stand out by creating different dynamics for users to work on.

We curated posts in 26 different counties with Venezuela taking the lead and then Indonesia and Nigeria

We voted only posts which fulfilled steemit rules such as club status except plagiarism posts and carrying out this, we curated 74 posts that belongs to #club5050, 55 posts that belongs to #club75 and 39 posts that belongs to #club100

We curated posts with 26 different #tag with #thediarygame taking the lead as the leading #tag for the week

We curated posts in 34 different communities with World Of Xpillar taking the lead as the leading communities with a total of 15 posts each

The observations of our curators

• @chiabertrand observation on Thursday

During this second week of curation, I ensured that I visit both communities and blogs of Steemians so as to ensure that I shouldn't skipped any good quality post. I also tried to search for #tags so that I could also support articles. Enfact it was a great tore going round a variety of different Communities, tags and blogs of individuals so as to support them. I also tried as much as possible to support good quality comments and I was impressed with how good some comments were.

In conclusion, I was happy to come across and support a Total of 30 articles and 6 comments from different Steemians and I enjoyed most of this articles because they were top notch and worth reading which I was able to learn alot. This curation also made me to gain more and more curation experience which I'm getting better day by day

This week I focused on voting using the SC07 curation account for club100 status with 12 votes, for club75 status with 8 votes, while for club5050 status with 3 votes.

Apart from that, my focus is also on diarygame posts and challenges. There are posts that I missed because they didn't meet the requirements, namely by voting CSI below 10% with a total of 7 posts, and for posts that are not included in the club category as many as 5 posts.

My curation this week was quite interesting. As usual I came across so many beautiful post. I must say the quality of post I have been coming across lately is improving by the day. Most of the post I curated fall into the #club5050 category, followed by #club75 then #club100. About 5 quality comments were also voted.

I skipped about 3 post and that is because they abused the club tag but including it in their post without actually following the clubs. Some were also skipped because of their low content quality. Altogether, I had a good experience carrying out my curation responsibility.

I have been active this Sunday since early morning Venezuela time, I have noticed that at this time many users tend to make their publications, there are very few who do not use the tag #steemexclusive, I saw many tutorials, people are taking care to teach other users and that seems excellent, I also saw very good participation in the challenges and some people who still do not use markdown correctly leaving texts without justification and the moderators of the communities with good suggestions and contributions, the best comments are in the challenges, I enjoyed working today.

I am really glad that I had the opportunity to curate today as the platform was buzzing with unique content on various topics. One can't miss that Christmas is just around the corner as there are many festive posts here. I kept checking that the bloggers are actually members of the club which tag they use. I visited many different communities and I even found and supported two articles outside communities. I upvoted a post by @weisser-rabe shared in the Deutsch Unplugged community however the name of the community isn't coming up on the spread sheet but I believe that @steemdoctor1 will add this to the database if needed. It didn't take me long to come across meaningful comments. What I suggest users improve is using more tags related to the content of the article itself and not forgetting to state that their post is #steemexclusive.

Report of the day:-
Today during curation, my focus was on engagement. I mostly choose those people who are very active on the platform in terms of their engagement; However, I also supported a post out of the community. Today I was not nervous because; now I understand the process, and today I enjoyed my curation because it provided me a chance to read different posts inside and outside of the community. I also curated three comments.

The experience while curating the posts today was very good if I talk it in the overall. There were many beautiful posts that attract my attention as their quality really need appreciations in the form of the votes. I visited different communities and different tags to curate the quality posts throughout the whole platform. I have tried my best to promote only those posts that are capable of being voted and comply with all the particular roles like club, steemexclusive, and plagiarism free. In short, I enjoyed the curation today.
