Food tours #20 - Wachau (Niederösterreich)
Letztes Wochenende unternahmen wir einen Tagesausflug in die Wachau.
Dort genossen wir beim Nostalgie Heurigen in Wimm nicht nur das wunderschöne Wetter im Gastgarten sondern auch die kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten. Schnitzelroulade mit Schinken, Käse und Semmelfülle sowie eine "Paletten"-Jause. Ein Besuch lohnt allemal!

Last weekend we took a day trip to the Wachau.
There we enjoyed at the Nostalgia Heurigen in Wimm not only the beautiful weather in the garden but also the culinary delights. Schnitzel roulade with ham, cheese and breadcrumbs and a "pallet" snack. Well worth a visit!

Hi, in der Wachau war ich auch gerade, aber diese "Schnitzelroulade" kenne ich nicht. Schaut sehr lecker aus - werde ich beim nächsten Mal ausprobieren, danke.
