Diary Super Dady at Home! (16 May 2024)

in STEEM FOR BETTERLIFE2 months ago

No roosters were crowing, instead, the cellphone alarm croaked indicating it was 5:30 in the morning. I got up and fulfilled the obligation of 2 rak'ahs. My two little daughters are still asleep, it's time for them to practice waking up early to follow my habit. I make sure they wake up and go to the bathroom before I ask what they want for breakfast this morning. In unison, they agreed to have rendang-flavored fried noodles for breakfast. Hmm...no problem, and they perform morning prayers before showering and getting dressed to go to school.

I started to get busy in the kitchen like a 5-star hotel chef who started cooking at 5 in the morning. This is more than a five-star hotel chef because after cooking, packing, and preparing the two princesses for school, LOL.

Rendang fried noodles for both of my princess

Ahya came out of the room first because she smelled the aroma of sauteed onions and several spices which tickled her appetite. Sit at the kitchen table while I prepare rice, rendang fried noodles, and hot tea for the two of them. I don't drink sweet things at breakfast, herbal tea or warm water is enough to replace body fluids.

Princess Ahya is ready to go to school and her meal

Sooo, everyone was ready at 7:20 to go to school. This time it was the younger princess's turn to be taken first, because of a special request for a class picket and she had to arrive earlier.

The drop-off and morning kitchen things are finished, and it's super daddy's turn to look for a cup of coffee for a while and shop for the empty stocks.

Ahya at the gate of her school, looking back because I wanted to take a photo

I deliberately relaxed for a moment to enjoy coffee and look at the Steem market on Binance which has been sluggish in the last few days. Prices are good for entry into the market at the moment because I see trading volume increasing. After 2 sessions of trade, it's 9 am and it's time to shop for necessities. Ginger, tomatoes, garlic, and fresh fish are on the list of things to buy today. Not too many because others are still available. Today they request only 2 kinds of side dishes and they want soup and fish with chili sauce.

Acup of coffee for starting my day

When it comes to cooking and seasoning, I'm not overwhelmed at all, because I can cook for my family and that is a normal thing for me. I have experienced cooking for 4-5 thousand guests at weddings and I have been doing this for a long time.

The difference between cooking a large amount and a little is only a matter of time and preparation of ingredients, but for these two little princesses, they asked for something just right for their taste, not too spicy.

Chili sauce must not be spicy and must not use sugar, they don't like chili sauce like most Acehnese people cook chili sauce by adding granulated sugar, they prefer the Minang specialty, and don't use sugar but it is not spicy. OK deal.

Stop by the roadside stall nearby to the fish sales place so you can buy everything you need at once, save time, and be effective.

When I got home, immediately cleaned the fish and washed all the dirty dishes. After finishing the fish, I went out to pick moringa leaves, because the kids liked moringa leaf soup. Apart from being good for their nutrition, Moringa leaves also taste delicious and suit their taste. Why not, since they were babies they have been used to eating Moringa leaf soup. The family's mainstay is vegetables when they have a fever and no appetite.

After cleaning the fish and washing the dishes, it's time to fry the fish, because for chili sauce fish, the fish must first be fried so that it tastes more delicious. My habit of frying fish is to first coat the fish with crushed garlic. Apart from eliminating the rancid taste, it also adds to the savory taste of fried fish.

While waiting for the fried fish to be ready, I refined the chili sauce for the fish, and for the soup, I postponed it first so that when they came home from school it would still be warm and fresh.

An hour later, the non-spicy chili sauce fish was finished, and it was time to pick them up from school. There's no time to look at your cellphone or read the WA chats that have piled up, just leave that for later.

Pick them up and wait at the school gate crowded with mommies who are also picking up their children at school. After 10 minutes of waiting, Ahya finally came out happily because she got the highest score in class today. From Ahya's school, the two of us went on to Attura's school, and there we also had to wait for her sister to come out of class.

At 1.15 we arrived home and I had not yet cooked the soup, even though all the ingredients were available, it still took 10 minutes to be able to serve the soup on the table.

Super Daddy can do it without problems, cas cuss, put all the spices into the pan and add water, cook until the water boils, add Moringa leaves and tomatoes, wait 3 minutes, until the Moringa leaves are soft and tender, 3-4 minutes is the ideal time to cook this moringa soup. Ready, warm, and fresh! I immediately serve it on the table to enjoy.

Ahya arrived first and was due to go to the afternoon recitation class soon. Ahya was seen eagerly finishing the soup with warm white rice. Her sister Attura followed because she was preparing the books she wanted to take to the afternoon recitation class.

The princess are safe and sound, all I have to do is clean the kitchen and I do this quickly because I have to continue with the task of washing clothes and ironing several pieces of clothing for their uniforms the next day.

At 4 pm all series of activities are finished and it's time to relax for a moment while opening a steemit account, just finished replying to several comments and seeing the progress of the account, but my queen called to check on conditions at home, and wanted to chat with the children. Of course, these two little princesses are fighting to talk to their mother, the standard question is "When you will come home Mom?", but instead of answering, they are asked what they ate, who cooked, whether it was delicious or not, everything was fantastic, Dad cooked and it was very delicious, we have super Dady that we could ask for anything according to our taste, they laughed and giggled while continuing to chat, they said goodbye to pray Ashar together.

Instead of falling asleep later, it's better to get ready for prayer and immediately look into the kitchen and prepare dinner and tedengggggg.....my oldest sister (Princess's aunt) has come home from boarding school and will stay at home tonight. So obviously we have to cook extra, but of course, the aunt will cook, Lol.

Because my sister was monitoring the kiddies at home, I went out to meet old friends for a while and enjoy coffee before sunset.

That's my story for today, greetings to everyone, and thank you for reading my diary today.

Regards

El Nailul

The way you described it tires me out.

With noone home I skipped the cooking. Not that I have much me-time my son keeps me updated from early in the morning till late.

What does hot chili have to do eith sugar? I wonder what a sweet drink is. I mean you can't mean vola for breakfast or?

Ahya doesn't look happy at the photos... Meal? She has to eat that entire bowl?

The food looks good but no peanuts for me, please.

A great day super dad, my regards to the rest of the family.

Acehnese normally adds some sugar to chili sauce to reduce the spicy because they use dry red chili for the main ingredient

Ahya was not happy because she was protesting for taking her picture, and the bowl was actually small, and she finished the whole noodle, she loved it

Thank you for coming to my day

have a good day to you

How about you stopping making photos. I know my children came at a point they hated it too and till today they do.

It was nice reading you.

I rarely take photos, my kids and my queen do not allow me to post their photos, but sometimes I just say that Dady's friend would like to see you and say hello to you, you should be happy to have friends all over the world, "and if your teacher asks you how many and where are your friends, you can answer it that your friend is in the whole world"

I have made the expedition story just like I mentioned you long ago

Have a nice day for you and family @wakeupkitty

They are right. Within the EU it's forbidden, counts schools as well.

I understand if you do it for you (I try but my children hide as soon as I grab my phone 🤣

With or without photos you and your family have friends worldwide. It is a nice thought and good to know.

I will read your post and try to have a slow day, saving energy for the drive to Budapest Airport around midnight.

My regards to your family let me know if you need anything. You can gmail too.
A blessed day/night
