We will have winter break from university. So now winter is at its peak. So I try to spend my days at home.

So I woke up in the morning and freshened up quickly because I had to go to my friend's house. There was a Majlis-E-Aza of women in their house.

After getting fresh, mom said to have breakfast. So I told mom I was not hungry. And I went to my friend's house. After reaching my friend's house, I met my friend and sat in the sun.

So my friend made tea for me. When tea is ready, he brings me tea and biscuits. The biscuits were of very good quality with peanuts sprinkled on them. So I dipped biscuits in tea and ate them. And then asked him about the arrangement.

My friend told me that you have to help with niyaz maker. I waited for the niyaz maker for a while. And at 10 o'clock he came to my friend's house.

When he came, I told him that whatever work you have done you have to tell me. So first, he cut the onion and tomatoes into small slices. Because we had to make rice in Niyaz.

And potatoes had to be added to the rice. So after he cut the onion into small pieces, he told me that you clean the potato with water.

So I washed the potatoes with water. And then he also cut the potato into small slices. From which you can see in the picture. Now he has started making niyaz.

Then he told me that you grind the ginger finely using a pestle and mortar. So I started ginger to grind. My friend's house didn't have a grinder due to which we faced many problems.

It took five to seven minutes to grind the ginger. But the same work was to be done by machine in one minute. After finely grinding the ginger, I gave it to the niyaz maker.

And he was glad to see Ginger that he had done a great job. Then I rested for a while.

After resting, he (niyaz maker) told me that now you should do a little more work. I asked which one? So he said to me that as you grind ginger. You also grind the green chillies in the same way.

Because he did not use red chilies. He used to say that red chilies is more harmful. I will enhance the taste of Niaz with green chillies.

I grinded the green chilies. And I also took the pictures, as you can see.

Then he started pouring all the ingredients into the pot one by one. He is very famous in our region. And the taste of his hand is very outstanding.

He fried the onions in Kashmiri ghee. And then add the rest of the ingredients. My friend was sitting free at that time. So he said to my friend that he should wash the rice.

So my friend washed the rice. And then he cut the lemon into small pieces. Lemon has a great flavor too. After washing the rice, he put the rice inside the pot.

And added water to it and put different ingredients in it. Like Garam Masala, knorr, Green Chilli and Lemon. And then he put the rice on the stove to cook.

During this time, the Majlis-E-Aza of women started at my friend's house. Two female scholars came to the funeral. The Majlis-E-Aza started with the name of Allah Ta'ala. And first of all, the Holy Quran was recited.

The theme of the Majlis-E-Aza was the martyrdom of Hazrat Fatima al-Zahra (S.A). The Majlis-E-Aza ended at two o'clock.

Meanwhile, Niyaz was also ready. So my friend sent Niyaz home. And they started feeding the women. Meanwhile, guests had also come to my friend's house.

And we started feeding the guests who were sitting at my friend's house. Niyaz was very tasty, which was appreciated by everyone.

After feeding Niyaz to the guests, we ourselves ate Niyaz. After eating Niyaz, our hearts were very happy and we were also hungry, so we ate Niyaz to our fill.
