I want the grey box painted black, the grey looks anachronistic from the 50s, i want the light bulbs to be gas lamps
and i want it to be run off steempower

What the ... :D This is so strange and beautiful at the same time .. I guess you now have to tell the story behind this lamp to everyone that visits you :o

That's so sweet @inertia, big ups to your dad! :D

Hey @Inertia that lamp is pretty cool it looks like something out of steampunk (no pun intended).

I would really like to talk to you about developing open-source steem apps using rails if you could spare a little time. I messaged you Steemit.chat and posted on ChainBB. Any response would be greatly appreciated.

I looked through your catalog and it looks pretty good so far, hats off to you. Do you believe steem is ready for full scale production-ready Ruby on Rails applications or will the ecosystem need more development first?

if you all contribute... you will get far.

Woowww... a very creative lamp @inertia! Is it an antiquity? has some other function

What an ingenious lamp when creativity is used for good reason. It looks like something taken from the future, a machine of a sort that you power up and don't know what to expect of. I'm wondering if it works with steem power as well :) Also an open discussion piece that you can talk on with your friends and sprinkle their interest with wonders.

What a lovely lamp, but if I may ask @inertia what is the function of those clocks on the lamp....I Am really eager, I want to know the relationship between the lamp and the clock...

Those are various gauges, but they're all for looks. It even has the real mccoy.

oh!, sorry I thought they clock..thanks @inertia ......if I am right, that means they must be use to denote the functioning of the lamp glow

Wow thats unique

Wow! What a cool lamp... loved it!

an obvious reuse of materials and ornate, I could see it as some other use. Perhaps a scale or ...futuristic time machine. LOL Thanks. It is cool!
