Years ago when my dad built his koi pond, we popped by on our way back from greyton and threw a few river fish in which we had caught whilst there. Years later, my dad now has a whole new kind of koi swimming around the pond because the female koi lay their eggs and the Male river fish fertilize them, so my dads dreams of breeding these ridiculously expensive and rare koi fish have been shattered hahaha... so today he got the boys stuck into the pond to catch as many of the river fish as possible and return them to the river. They didnt do too badly... they caught 7... so only like 700 more to go lol
