Rice Murukku-Recipe

INGREDIENTS

💚 Rice 💚 Butter 💚Oil 💚 Sesame Seeds 💚 Chikpeas flour 💚 Salt 💚 Redchilli 💚 Ajwain

Step1 :

Take 250 gm rice and grind it to make flour, add salt, add water little by little and mix well.

Step2 :

Add some sesame seeds, Ajwain and mix well and knead to make dough.

Step3 :

Take few red chillies , little water and grind them with mixer grinder to make chilli paste, add the paste to the dough.

Step 4 :

Add 50 gm butter and sesame seeds to the dough and mix them well and let the dough set for 15 minutes.

Step 5 :

There is a special gun for "squeezing the dough" in which you fill this kneaded dough

Step 6 :

Put a pan on stove , pour oil to heat, once oil become hot put the flame low and squeeze the dough with swrill shape, make 5 or six shape in the hot oil to fry.

Step 7 :

When the dough fried well and turn the colot to dark yellow take out and keep in a a bowl

Now the crispy, crunchy Rice Murukku is ready to eat; store it in a container for daily snacks .

Very nice to see your recipe and wonderful recipe you have prepared here with rice powder you have made such a nice recipe but very nice it will be a very fun food for small kids at home small children are very interested in eating such food.
