Plants, animals and humans are living creatures that play an important role in maintaining natural ecosystems. We need animals as food to produce protein that the human body needs, including their waste which is used as a natural fertilizer for plants. Plants grow to become another food resource for humans. That's the cycle of the food chain. Because without food humans will not be able to live.

What do you think about the use of animals for human benefit, such as in the fashion, entertainment and consumer products industries?

There are animals that are used as mounts, as pets, and also as circus animals. Animals that are used as a food source by humans include some that can be eaten and those that cannot. All activities carried out in order to take advantage and exploit something excessively and arbitrarily without any responsibility constitute exploitation.

The black market sells many protected animals because the ecosystem is getting smaller, but those who want to make their own profit won't care because it's for the betterment of their business. The government is overwhelmed by these perpetrators, but also anticipates this by issuing an animal protection law.

There are currently very few rare animals and they are even threatened with extinction. I really regret that the beauty and fashion industry is taking advantage of this. There are many other resources that we can use to make leather bags or shoes, or hats etc. from cow, goat skin or yarn from sheep hair and silkworms.

Generally, this action will then cause harm to other parties, whether to humans, animals, and various surrounding environments, not now, maybe in the next few years. Believe me, a disaster initially comes from humans themselves who do not participate in balancing the natural ecosystem. I do not agree with the exploitation of animals for any reason.

I say "T.I.D.A.K" To all illegal activities carried out by the black market including exploiting animals. There are several animals that are specifically for consumption and all parts of them can be made into any product, such as livestock without having to torture them (by slaughtering them). From these slaughtered animals, we can use their meat, fur or skin.

For animals that are protected and endangered, of course this is strictly prohibited, let alone using it as a multiple profit (the rarer the item, the higher the price). Therefore, we must be aware of the importance of animal welfare for the balance of the natural ecosystem.

There is a need for consultation, participation and cooperation between local governments, the business community, breeders and individuals to protect animal welfare while protecting existing resources. Carrying out training for people who use captured animals for entertainment, transportation or carrying goods. There are also those who use them for competition and sport, and sometimes involve very dangerous attractions.

Create a hunting prohibition board which can contain criminal threats or sanctions if hunting continues. Apart from that, we can also report people who hunt animals in order to create a deterrent and warning effect on people who carry out the hunt and also provide a warning to other people who want to carry out similar actions. And the most important thing is not to get involved in buying and selling rare animals.
