Sustainable growth of natural resources in the Agriculture Sector. (The Cultivate Team)

My Dear Steemit team,

Starting with With Respect All. We see announced this season's season 19 SEC via Steemitblog post. have seen some changes. As a result of this change, we have the opportunity to participate in new engagement challenges or teaching teams. We are involved in nature and agriculture. That is why we have come to participate in the teaching team with "Nature and Agriculture".

We will also write about farming and agriculture-related topics and share experiences and knowledge with each other. I am writing a brief description of our team here below. All of our team listen to nature cultivation and love farming.

My name is Milagros Cedeño, I am an agronomist graduated in 1997, experience has been based on topographic surveys and land inventory in the agricultural and rural area of ​​my Edo Bolivar. I worked for 2 years in public administration and 15 years in a private firm. I have not practiced for more than 7 years.I learned to love the profession and the world of the field, without it being the career of my dreams.

At present I am posted in 3 upazilas in my district as an agricultural officer and have been working on various agricultural projects continuously for 4 years.

I live in a village and I am heavily involved in agriculture and I am proud to be a farmer. The primitive occupation of man is agriculture. From agriculture we have been able to come up till now we are living by eating the crops produced by the farmers. Farming will never disappear. Among all the types of farming in Bangladesh, I am involved with all the farming that is done in my area. I produce them in our land. Since 2018 I have been running a fruit garden for 6 long years. Which made me financially prosperous and taught me to produce native varieties of fruits. Malta is a foreign fruit but now I am producing it artificially in Bangladesh. I have always been involved with Nature and Agriculture. So I opened a new community called Nature and Agriculture.

Time Management regarding taking care of agriculture crops and fields

In executing the practices in agriculture, time is very important when it comes to the yields to be produced. Farmers have to coordinate events and timetables according to the growth/ripening stage of crops, the type of soil, and the climate. Some essential time management practices for agriculture include.

Subject area we want cover

• Planting
• Irrigation
• Fertilization

Three examples of the weekly lessons we include in our course.

Planting : Crop planting has to be done atthe appropriate time by the farmers. These include the measuring of the climate, type of soils and type of crops so as to foster the best type of growth.

Irrigation: Watering the crops or plants is very crucial for their growth. In this case, the farmers have to time the irrigation depending on the type of crops to be irrigated and the soil moisture content.

Fertilization : fertilizers have to be given at the right time in order to support the growth of the crops. Farmers need to knowthe nutrient needs of the crops and use the fertilizers properly.

And also pest and weed management : Farmers are required to plan at which period they will apply pest and weed management techniques in the growing period. It entails the management of pests and weeds and this is done by eradicating them before they cause harm to crops.

Harvesting : These will be the spans that farmers need to determine when to harvest a particular crop. This depends on the maturity level and the appropriate weather that can Favor the yield of the growing crops.

As through these shocking pictures, the actuality is felt by farmers that some of the measures of modern agricultural technologies affect yield reduction and that in order not to affect yield loss, the time of farmers must be managed effectively.
