Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. We fear the denunciation that most times align when we dare to concentrate more on the great things that are going on in our lives rather than on the issues that surround us.
Insecurity breeds disdain, and too many of us are in a rush to open our mouths, and our hearts because we are afraid of being supposed a show off or know-it-all. Misery and apathy love company, it’s true.
But so does joy, and in my own experience, when we engage ourselves with those who are ready to consort in positive ways, a lot is gained and the outcomes are amazing.
A scenario played out when I left college. In a firm I worked, about three persons were asked to present topics that would be used for teaching in the next session. I came up with about 4 topic and sent it to the email but they pretended not to see it after some weeks.
It was done on me that I have been outsmart. They shined with my topic. Meanwhile, I was supposed to shine more than others but unfortunately, it was diverted.

We are disturbed a lot about how we might be judged if we encourage each other for what we do that is working. And if other people feel pressurize by that, then they need to concentrate a bit more on shining their own light as well.
Shining alone is not the goal, the goal is shining together. It is always beautiful when you come to a family and everyone is doing well, in an organization everyone is progressing, even in churches and society.
I can't shine alone, giving others opportunities to shine is needed. Although, there are people who turn greedy when given such honor, but that not withstanding, giving others opportunity to shine is ideal.
No man is an island unto himself, everyone needs somebody in life to get to a certain level in life. To shine, we need the help of God and God cannot come down himself, so he uses man.
I am lucky to have good fellows around me. They are supportive, encouraging, helpful in all spheres. The level I am in today, I didn't get there myself, people helped me to be there. I can't forget the things I know also, I gained all through the help of good people.
It’s not about promoting ourselves. It’s about promoting ideas, building energy, honoring and appreciating each other.

এটাকে বলে আন্তরিকতা। কিন্তু বর্তমান সমস্যা হল আলোয় আলো দ্বারা যারা শিক্ষিত, তারা একে অপরের সাথে খুব একটা আন্তরিকতা নয়। তাহলে এখান থেকে কি বা জ্বলবে। আলোয় আলো দ্বারা যদি একসাথে চলে তাহলে অনেকেই উপকৃত হতে পারবে। আপনার এই কথাটা আমার হচ্ছে ভালো লাগছে তাই এটা মার্ক করলাম। ভালো থাকবেন ভালবাসা নিবেন অবিরাম 🙂💘

Some people get to shine through others light. The one who copies ideas from others eventually get used to that, losing his own capacities, but you will keep producing more and better ideas no matter what.
