OH yes! Here we are with feedback for Week 2!

Theoretically, everyone knows how crucial feedback is. In reality, we are often so busy performing our tasks that we cannot give our full attention to the overall performance of the team.

These weekly feedbacks gives us valuable insights into our performance and allows us to learn and improve.

It is with great pleasure that we present you with our "second" report for the month of June 2024.

‼ Problems encounter:

It is with boldness that we can report that we encountered no problems this week. The team is working well together despite the introduction of a three day cycle.
Fair voting took place and was spread over a wide variety of users, countries, communities, and tags.

‼ Curating good comments

To reward not only good posts but also good comments

We achieved our goal by voting a total of 25 comments this week.
Comments that were relevant to the post and of good quality were rewarded at 15%.

"The Diary Game" stays a topic enjoyed by many Steemians. What is nice is the increase in the "Creative writing" tag.

A new week where @abdul-rakib tells us about his day that began with a bad night since the electricity had failed and in that way he started his day early and since there was nothing to eat he went out to do some shopping to return and share with his friend. He did not go out on this day just because he had to study and thus dedicate time to steemit. He went out to meet his friend Ripon to go eat but not only that since he sees a lot of disorder and does not like the food in the dining room he cannot concentrate on his studies . After sharing with a friend he went out to do some necessary shopping and received a visit which he enjoyed because he was able to play ludo and his friends stayed the night in his room.
