Today am have to share a few ideas regarding one of the important issues that is effecting most of us as individuals, and the worst aspect of this issue is that some do not even know that they are being affected and some who are aware of the effects seems to care less about the problem as a whole and the issue here as to do with lack of quality rest and sleep.

It is shocking and Surprising to note that many fatal accidents and serious health problems and issues has been directly linked to lack of rest and quality sleep. At this point, It is important for all of us to understand clearly the factors responsible for this negative situations in our societies.

Factors Responsible For The Negative Situation

        Poor And Hard Economy: 

The first and foremost reasons why many people today are not having quality rest and sleep is because of the poor economic situation that many found themselves today. With the prices of basic life necessities growing every second of the day, many individuals are forced into working long hours daily in order to make ends meet. Many find themselves waking up very early in the morning while it's still dark and retiring to bed very last at night.

        Choice Of Entertainment:

Another major reason why most people today are not getting quality rest and sleep has been link to the fact that most individuals do prefer to chatting with family and friends on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and WhatsApp etc instead of sleeping.

After indentifing some of the root cause of the issue, what than is expected of us as individuals in order to ensure that we stay healthy and fit.
Before we discussed what we need to do as individuals let us first of all remaind our ourselves just some of the benefits that comes with having getting sufficient rest and sleep

According to medical experts, it is said that for us to function properly and effectively, we need at least 8 to 10 hours of sleep every night. So why is it important to have quality rest and sleep.

The Unique Benefits Of Quality Rest And Sleep:

(*)According to a recent survey, it is Understood that many individuals who has quality rest and sleep are more likely to do well at their work place, at school and are also more prone to thinking effectively when problems arise.

(*) Quality rest and sleep is also said to assist in maintaining and repairing the body cells, tissues and helps in the cleaning of the blood vessels.

(*) It is also interesting to note that people who do not have quality rest and sleep are more likely prone to health issues like mood swings, depression, obesity, diabetes and hypertension.

So after highlighting the importance and benefits of quality rest and sleep, what practical steps can we all take to ensure that we stay healthy and active lifestyle.

(*) Medical experts recommend that we should try to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day. This will help to refresh our mind and body thereby making us active and effective the following day.

(*) It is also recommend that we strive to finish house hold chores and duties early in the day so has to have enough time to rest, relax with family and friends either in person or through social media platforms.

In Summary:

From the forgoing you all can agree with me that as humans and as individuals we all need quality rest and sufficient sleep if we are to function effectively.

So let us all be resolved to do all within our Circumstances to ensure that we get the right amount of rest and sleep each day and let us remember that sleep is Not only a matter a choice or luxury but a necessity for our overall well-being as individuals.
