If you stop fueling the fire, it will quench. So, what I’m trying to say, in essence, is that without determination, there's no clear vision, and dedication can phase out. Without dedication, even the strongest determination can be overcome by distractions and challenges in achieving success.
The reason is seemingly visible in the above lines where our friend cited;
Which things we require to determine if we wish to reach a goal. In the entire post, our friend mentioned some inspiring lines along with his personal experience;
Hence, I preferred the post for the first position.

আমি মনেপ্রাণে বিশ্বাস করি আমার প্রচেষ্টা ,আমার ধৈর্য্য , আমার সততা এবং আমার কর্মদক্ষতা দিয়েই আমার কাঙ্ক্ষিত লক্ষ্য অর্জন করতে পারব। আমি সেই সংকল্প নিয়ে সততার সাথে একটু একটু করে এগিয়ে যাচ্ছি স্টিমিট প্ল্যাটফর্মে আমার একটি মজবুত পরিচয় গঠন করার জন্য।
বিশিষ্ট ব্যক্তিদের এবং বড় বড় বিজ্ঞানীদের জীবন কাহিনী পর্যালোচনা করলে আমরা দেখতে পাই, তারা অনেক পরিশ্রমি এবং সংকল্পবদ্ধ ছিলেন বলেই নতুন নতুন জিনিস আবিষ্কার করতে পেরেছেন। কোন কাজকে ছোট মনে না করে , সেই কাজের প্রতি সম্মান জানিয়ে এবং নিজের একাগ্রতা, চেষ্টা ও সংকল্পের মাধ্যমে নিজেকে প্রতিষ্ঠিত করা যায় ।

Thus, I picked this post as a second position.

I joined the Steemit platform in 2022 and when I joined, to be honest, it was really difficult for me to make a single post sometimes when I'm trying to make a post it took me the whole day and that gave me a headache and after publishing the one I tried to write at the end I will not get any upvote to be sincere I decided to take a break for about a month.
I will also suggest that you be consistent, don't put your mind in the vote, always publish quality content, and engage with other users by commenting on their posts, participating in contests and lastly performing power. Trust me with these things you can be successful on the Steemit platform.
While reading the above lines the first word that came to my mind was honest confession! In the above, our friend shared his experience with steemit journey. This is inspiring because after giving up our friend restarted his journey and now started believing determination works. Therefore, I nominated the post in the winners' list in the third position.

প্রথমত প্রতিযোগীতায় যারা অংশগ্রহন করেছিলো তাদের সকলের প্রতি রইলো শুভেচ্ছা ও অভিনন্দন। আমাদের প্রত্যেকেরই উচিত প্রতিটি প্রতিযোগীতায় অংশগ্রহণ করা। এতে করে কিছুটা হলেও নিজেদের যাচাই করা যায়। এছাড়াও অন্য প্রতিযোগিদের লিখা পড়েও অনেক কিছু জানা এবং শেখা যায়। আমাদের এ্যাডমিন ম্যাম প্রতি মাসেই এমন প্রতিযোগীতার আয়োজন করে থাকেন। তাই ম্যামকে অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ।
