Good day to all. I hope you've all been looking forward to this post as much as I have?? Today is Wednesday and that can only mean one thing... Yep, it's the boring stuff everyone loves to know.

Where to start??

So the cuts made to the voting % at the beginning of the month are really starting to show now. @ssg-community 's VP now comfortably ranges from 92-95% depending on time of day. This is the sweet spot and exactly where we want her to be, as it gives a good upvote, without ever getting too close to 100% and missing out on ROI. By that I mean, if she ever did get to 100%VP then we would technically be wasting $$$ on her sitting idle. So with daily swings in voting habits and times, I think this is working OK (so far)!!!!!

The current falling price of steem, means that the upvote value falls along with it. You will also notice any upvotes already given out will also drop, so don't be surprised when your "predicted post payout" starts to decrease. The falling steem price is the reason.

The amount in the wallet continues to climb as #monsterraffle tickets are sold and converted from SBD to steem. There is just over 1,600 steem currently available to pay leases and maintain Precious at just over 115k steempower. With a power down threshold of 700 steem, @ssg-community will continue to power down until this level is reached. This gives us a PD payout of 117 extra steem per week. Thanks again to all your upvotes and support on @ssg-community's posts, precious' own sp is actually growing, so I predict that PDs will top 125 steem per week before long.

Not that I like figures or anything, but I have calculated that if income froze today, thanks to current sales of MonsterRaffle tickets, weekly power downs and projected monthly "liquid steem" payments, we can sustain Precious well past January and in to February. So we'll done to everyone that has contributed toward #MR3. If everyone could keep pumping out posts and promoting the monster raffle, then I'm sure there will be extra over to put out for a "top-up" lease to increase daily upvote price.

Its a fine line and balancing act for me to work out longevity over getting MAXIMUM ROI. Sure I could blow all the steem on a great big lease, that would burn out in a month, but then Precious would be broke and upvote value would tumble. So as long as members are happy, I'll try and maintain a great ROI, whilst attempting to stretch the funds out for as long as possible. I'm here to do the best for you guys, so all comments are welcome and taken on board. So feel free to give suggestions if you're not happy.

The Weekly @ssg-community raffle seems to have hit a quiet patch, possibly due to MR3. This raffle was originally thought up by @silverstackeruk to help the smaller members in our community get a very good upvote all for the price of 1 steem. The minimum number of tickets that need to be sold is 15 and the maximum number will only be 20. Those are good odds and offer a great return, plus all the extra steem raised from this lotto will be put to adding extra SP to Precious' already powerful punch.
