Engagement Application for SEC Season N° 19

Hello to all our Steemian friends...

By now, you should know that every three months we are back submitting our application for the Steemit Engagement Challenge; therefore, it gives us, "Steem For Ladies" great pleasure to apply to be part of Season 19 of the Steemit Engagement Challenge.

Most of the communities offer all the benefits and also the various ideas set out by the Steemian team. Goals are well organized and clear so that every individual on the Steemit platform can develop according to and in line with their own goals. These communities offer a platform for Steemit to share posts on topics such as food, health, sports, investment, and the world of technology.

However, our founder, @liasteem, noticed that there is no longer a special place for women to express their voices and appreciation freely.

"Steem For Ladies" was started with a strong spirit and purpose, which is to support all women's activities so that they are free to be creative and express themselves.

• To support all women's activities both outside and inside the communtiy
• To educate women on all issues related to Steemit
• To enhance the creativity of countless women
• To support the growth of Steemit

All women are free and are welcomed to give their best, be active, and support their fellow Steemians.

The "Steem For Ladies" community account is managed by an enthusiastic team.
Together, we work to improve and advance the community through verification of posts, positive commenting, and giving advice. We also have a dedicated communication group in which we share advice, discuss tasks, find solutions to problems, and support each other.

Representatives are not only community moderators but also have a bigger mandate and responsibility. Currently, the moderating team represents six different countries.

The admin and moderators are actively involved in all community activities.

"Steem For Ladies" was created and officially announced on Steemit in early December 2022 and all the keys are held by @patjewell and @ruthjoe.

For 46 consecutive weeks the community have been hosting a weekly contest. All together, there are never less than four contests to participate in and not less than 170 active posts on average.

Posts from members are posted daily, where they will be verified by the moderators and the admin. We are proud to say that we strive to verify all the posts on a dialy basis.

It is our pledge to be positive at all times, lending a helping hand, and advise Steemians on various solutions, for example, the increasing of CSI voting and the use of “markdown style.”

As much as possible, we help all members grow actively and move forward together without excluding anyone (including newcomers).

Our community is very firm against any form of plagiarism the use of AI, bit voting, and the growth of club status. Therefore, we put several checks in place.

As a team, we are giving our best for all activities related to community development, member development, and supporting of the Steemit platform. As admin, we appreciate the hard work and effort of each member of the team.

Style is knowing who you are and how you carry yourself. It goes far deeper than what you wear. Through this theme, we want to encourage participants to write about what truly resonates with them and their personal experience, no matter their gender, religion, or race.

The key is for Steemians to let their authentic selves shine through in their work, using their distinctive voice, style, and perspective to write a post that is not only personal but also powerful and not question related.

Example 1: Tell us what is your “style” in other words, your liking in people, which places you like to visit, and what things you like most of all. This can be in any genre, for example, fiction, poetry, photos, or even a collage.

Example 2: Artists, musicians, and even chefs have their own personal style. Give us an example of your style. Again, this can be in any format. It can be your cooking, the photos you take, the things you write, the things you make, or the things you do with your family.

Example 3: We want you to plan an event in your style. It can be an event for your staff, a birthday party, a family reunion, outing or holiday.

As a community we are willing to give it our best and we are confident that we have the know-how to run a successful Engagement Challenge. We are committed to making a success should we get the opportunity to be part of Season 19.
