Weekly Report-2 (December) ; Steem For Ladies Community
Now it's time for us to report on the development of the 2nd week of the community. We really appreciate anyone who has helped the community grow and support all the activities that have been held by the Steem For Ladies community, our community together. And thank all those who have supported and are directly involved with this community. We continue to strive to provide and show all forms of positive activities that will have an impact on the development of steem. Because of this, we will continue to update community information to report all forms of progress through weekly reports.
Subscribers and active community posters
Last week the Steem For Ladies community already had 53 subscribers and 46 active posters, and the second week it increased to 99 subscribers and 58 active posters. Seeing the development of the community from the number of active subscribers and posters, this figure gives us the spirit to keep moving forward and growing. We will also continue to increase our efforts to improve our active posters and are committed to the development of the community next week.
Community administrator
Until now we still have the same community structure, and we will add country representatives if the community grows. We hope to be able to develop the community well so that it can be accepted by all ladies throughout the country. Currently we are joined by 4 members who will provide support and advice, love and whole-hearted dedication, hardworking women and women who are committed to the development of steem.

This 2nd week We are very grateful for supporting us in the form of Steem Power sent through our official account @steemladies . We also hope that this list will increase so that there will be more quality posts for ladies that we can support both within the community and outside the community, and we really appreciate it for those who have delegated their Steem Power.

Since this week, the @steemladies account has been operating since its inception so that the number of accounts that have been supported is 70 accounts last week and this week it has increased to 94 accounts, all of this because the delegation form we received this week has increased. This account will increase over time as more delegates enter the community account.
New Program and Contest
Week one @liasteem has created a contest and announced the winner with a total prize of 15 steem.
The second week, @sailawana has also published a new contest with 20 Steem Power prizes sponsored by @harferri as CR Indonesia who also contributes to fully supporting community growth, this contest is entitled;
And this week the community has started the newest program, namely;
And round 01 This Program has been opened since two days ago with prizes reaching 25 steem power, this prize is sponsored by @disconnect as much as 15 Steem Power.
Daily Post Tag
The more active posters there are, the more posts ladies and gentlemen have published since the presence of this community. The types of posts are also very varied, ranging from The Game Diary, Beauty Care, Recipes, Make Up, and even various tips that give us a lot of education and information so that they can be applied properly in our daily life.
