Hello everyone, I hope you are all doing great?.
Today I will briefly discuss about foods that help whitening the teeth naturally . I strongly believe a white and shiny teeth makes you confident when you are in the midst of people, it makes you speak confidently because it is white and bright.
Here are foods that makes the teeth white and strong.

I. Sugar Cane : This is commonly grown in temperate and tropical regions. It's juice is sweet and contains a lot of natural sugar which is good for the body. It contains lots of minerals, sugar cane juice fights tooth decay and helps eliminate the bad breath. So save yourself the next trip to see the dentist and make it a habit of eating a piece of sugar cane after each meal as a delicious dessert for a shiny and white teeth.

ii. STRAWBERRY : This beautiful fruit contains Malic acid which helps removes stains on the teeth and also serves as an antibiotics against mouth infection and odour. It contains a lot of vitamins C which help prevent gum inflammation.

iii. ORANGES : Everyone loves oranges because they are sweet and juicy but it's peel too can be used to make the teeth whiter, it helps neutralize the acid that cause decay and mouth odour.
All you have to do is just to rub the insides of an orange peel against the teeth just before brushing, this method is easy and very inexpensive.

iv. APPLE: I love apples because they are juicy and crunchy. Chewing apple which is a form of exercise helps strengthen the gum and it contain malic acid which cleans stains on the teeth. As you know, Malic acid is an antibiotic so no room for teeth infection.

V :ONIONS: Onions have high content of sulfur compounds which keep teeth infections and plague at bay, but this can only work if you eat them raw. So don't just fry or cook onions but try to eat them raw and let your teeth experience the wonders they will perform.

Vi. CHEESE :They are filled with mineral named calcium. Calcium majorly helps strengthen the teeth and bones, also Caesin, which is a milk protein found in cheese helps reduce minerals loss from tooth enamel. So for a stronger and healthy teeth, ensure to involve cheese as part of your regular diet

Vii. MILK and YOUGOURT : Milk and other diary products such as yougourt, butter, milk powder e.t.c are very good for the body especially the teeth because they contain calcium and lactic acids which strengthen and protects the teeth.

Lastly, Drinking water regularly does not only hydrate the body but it also promotes the production of saliva which keeps the teeth white and shiny, also drink water in between and after meals to wash stains and food particles to prevent plagues.
A lot of people spend fortunes on dental issues but the solutions to their problems have always been with them. Ensure to include all this foods in your regular diet and wait to see the wonders performed on you teeth..
