Delicious and easy apple pie

Hi everyone!

Today I'd like to share a recipe for a simple yet amazingly delicious apple pie.

First, for the crust you will need:

2 cups of flour
150 gr of butter
1/3 of a cup of water
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

Mix the flour with the butter well, then add the water to get a dough consistency. Then press the dough into a grieced pan of your choice.

For the "filling" you will need:

1 kg of apples (peeled and sliced into pieces)
1 cup of sour cream
1 cup of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1 egg
2 tablespoons of flour

Firstly place you sliced apples into the pan with the dough.

Then mix all the other ingredients and simply pour them on top of the apples (here you can add vanilla or anything else you'd like)

Bake it for 45-50 minutes in an oven preheated to 200C. When the pie is done, you can add cinnamon or sugar powder on top.
