Customer Service at Indonesian Syari'ah Bank
Service for customers in banking services is one of the public services that must be applied in banks. Syariah-based banks in Indonesia are currently being implemented as Syari'ah banks which must be improved. The service that must be implemented is the service related to the customer.
Every bank in Indonesia must have cooperation with all government and private agencies. Syari'ah banks are included in it, the bank cooperates with other institutions such as companies and government agencies.
One of the functions of Syariah banks is Provide funds to others with the relationship of providing services, raise funds from the community by taking into account services, provide services with profit sharing between banks and customers at 70% and 30%, raise funds from the public in the form of deposits and investments, receive other people's savings as a grant.
