Bitshares and OpenLedger are two decentralized exchanges very user-friendly. They have both a basic mode very easy to use and an advanced mode with more powerful tools.
The problem is that Bitshares blockchain has much less assets than Ethereum , so most of the coins work through centralized gateways.
It is good to know, I do think this guy only covered Ethereum based cryptos in this video.
