ROLLO DE POLLO
INGREDIENTES
1 pollo deshuesado
200gr de acelga
300gr de mozarella
200gr de jamon de pavo
hilo pabilo
vino blanco
PREPARACION
1º Abrir el pollo deshuesado a la mitad de la pechuga
2º Colocar sal y pimienta
3º Colocar jamon y queso, luego enrollar desde los muslos hasta la pechuga
4º Colocar sal y pimienta por la parte de afuera
5º Envolver con las hojas de acelga y amarrar con el pabilo
6º Colocar aceite en una bandeja y 3/4 de taza de vino
7º Llevar al horno por 1 hora
8º Sacar del horno y cortar ruedas de mas o menos 2cm
9º Colocar sobre la bandeja nuevamente y llevar al horno 20 minutos mas para que doren
