Stretching | Fitness
It’s always good to give yourself a nice stretch. It helps to stretch your muscles out :) You don’t want to over do your stretching, you want to give a few seconds in between your stretches. Stretching has lots of benefits that can really help your body.

Very importan to do it before and after exercise... you must when you are getting old!!!!!

I agree! I wish I stretched more before I got into BJJ it would've help me sooo much more in the long run.
Ah how long have you done BJJ? :) I had to look it up for a quick second haha it does look like it’s tons of fun but lots of work :)
I have only been training seriously with it for 1 month so im still pretty fresh!
