Here in Malaysia, where the heat can be unbearable, people tend to wait with the engine running just to have a cool car to sit it! Many don't know or don't care about what they're doing to the environment or the people outside; however as you've mentioned. many don't even know and don't care if the inside air harms them either... Until tragedy strikes! Too late... Sad, but we should have more education on this.
