Hello Steemians,

Today I am here to highlight an exciting news on Steemit Blockchain. We bring a new initiative called Integration process. This is truly a unique and exceptional step to grow our #steemit. First of all I like to give thanks honorable Founder @visionaer3003 sir for his great initiative. I believe that we can make #steemit great.

What is the Integration Process?

As you know, the Steemit platform is a huge platform and when a new person comes to work here, he or she is really confused about how to work here. Moreover, in the beginning, a Steemian has to struggle a lot to post and get the necessary guidance. Moreover, he often suffers from a lack of sufficient SP to perform his necessary tasks. Another big problem is that newbies don't initially get good support in their posts and at some point they get frustrated and quit. So our founder took this wonderful initiative. We hope that through this initiative, a Steemian will grow up learning from a starting and will enrich this #steemit platform.

Who is eligible for this initiative?

You have to make first introducing post in our #ccs community and all the seniors who have been away from work for a long time and want to start working again will be covered by this initiative. This means that both those who are completely new to steemit and old users who have been away from the steemit for long time will eligible for this initiative.

My opinion as Integration Manager:

I have been on the Steemit platform for about five years. During this time I have learned something every day and have come this far. But my Steemit journey wasn't that easy. I didn't know how to post at first, and I had to learn many necessary tasks the hard way. It took me a long six to seven months to learn Markdown style in particular, and I was able to learn it all on my own. But I don't think everyone can learn it so easily, because it's really difficult. Moreover, there are many basic things on Steemit that you have to wait and learn for a long time to know.

Moreover, those who are new to Steemit initially do not have good post quality and do not receive good quality support for their posts. There are many users who leave this platform after posting for a few days. If we can properly evaluate all those users and teach them the necessary tasks, then no one will leave this platform. I think through this integration process we will be able to better highlight Steemit to everyone and make it more popular. Moreover, we are committed to moving our CCS community forward.

So let us welcome this wonderful initiative and work together. Hopefully, newcomers and those who have been out of work for a long time will take advantage of this initiative and come back strong again. I cordially invite everyone to join this integration process initiative.
