CHERR.IO – Charity on blockchain (Solution in depth)

I’ve written couple days ago about great project called Cherr.io (https://www.cherr.io/). You can read more about idea in my prevous post: https://steemit.com/charity/@kbrdek/cherr-io-charity-on-blockchain but in short: Cherr.io is a blockchain solution focused primarily on donations and charity work, providing donors with secure and reliable platform, based on smart contract technology. Or as the team characterized themselves on website: “CHERR.IO (aka CHERRIO) is blockchain solution for charity donations that aims to put something new in the way charitable, humanitarian and socially responsible organizations operate. With this platform we focus on making transparency and fraud prevention our top priorities, along with features such as enabling the donor confirmation of fund allocation, reward system for all active participants, as well as raising funds with cryptocurrencies and extremely low transaction fees.”
So how this all works?
In short the team has a goal to make technology available to all charity organizations worldwide by creating CHERR.IO platform. The platform should by blockchain security and transparency restore peoples trust in donating again. So far they are successful in that and doing a great job!

We can summarize whole donating process in three simple steps:
LAUNCH YOUR OWN OR CHOOSE EXISTING CAMPAIGN: Platform offers organizations to launch brand new fund raising campaign, or on the other hand can be involved in donating in existing, previously launched campaign.
UNLOCKING CAMPAIGN: When campaign becomes active, to reduce fraud and incentivize community, every campaign needs Cherrions (people who support particular campaign and hold CHR tokens) to back it up. When campaign is fully backed up, it means it has enough interest in community it goes to the next level: “Donations”. Cherions who put their CHR tokens in stage 1 of the campaign have the opportunity to promote campaign futher and get even greater rewards for their effort.
DONATION PROCESS: It is the final stage of every campaign and becomes active after campaigns has enough Cherions. Real donors donate funds in Ether and every campaign is marked succesfull after 10% of required ETH amount is collected, if campaign gathers 60% or more of needed ETH, Cherions who voted in “Step 2” above are rewarded even more.
