Where Are You? (Poem)

These days are, oh, so busy!
What a crazy rush each day!
The schedules are chaotic-
and it always seems that way!

Do we remember to stop
to take some time out to pray?
Or do we try to handle-
the entire vast array?

While we're running back and forth,
God is asking, "Where are you?"
Just like back in the Garden
when he asked Adam that, too.

God asks as Loving Father,
Who wishes to spend some time
with His dearly loved children-
much more than just at mealtime.

What is so time-consuming?
What distracts us each today?
God whispers to His children,
inviting us to come, pray...

So, where are you?
