As Sabbath approached, Jesus was invited for lunch at Simon's house in Bethany.
The aroma of the carefully crafted cuisines filled the room. From Mushroom Risotto, to Chicken Satay with Peanut rice, you name it.
Judas' eyes wandered from one end of the table to the other, confused as to where to start from. It was a buffet - the kind that makes your hunger disappear if you don't tame it like a stubborn goat.

"How can one see all these kinds of food and not be hungry," Nathaniel soliloquized, as he helped himself to a cup of creamy vanilla ice cream.

"This must have cost him a lot," Judas whispered to Philip, who nodded in agreement because he had his mouth full of Bo Bun. "Simon should have prepared a simple lunch and donate the money he used for this extravagant buffet to the Church," Judas concluded.

"I'm sure he just wanted to give the Master a special treat. Let's not blame him for doing this. Afterall, he always gives to the church," Philip responded.

"CP," Andrew whispered across the table to his brother. Since Jesus named Peter Cephas, Andrew fondly calls him "CP", a short form for Cephas.
Peter raised his head to look at his brother, hanging a spicy chicken between his teeth and hand. He rolled his eyes as both seem to be asking Andrew, "why are you disturbing me kid brother?"

Once Andrew got Peter's attention, he moved his head towards the direction of the entrance door. Peter turned to look towards the door, and there she was!
