SPE: The DC Snipers, part 2 [Like a Duck in a Noose]

in #conspiracy7 years ago (edited)

Did you know that John Allen Muhammad (one of the DC snipers) was put to death on 11/10/2009?

You might notice that you can easily rearrange these numbers to get 09/11/2001:

11/10/2009
09/11/2001

This is another indication that the event was a psyop in the wake of 9/11 to propel the war in Iraq and help justify the Department of Homeland Security. The snipers were active in October 2002, the month before the department was officially established. The Iraq War began in early 2003.

In the last installment, we started by asking a basic question about how the shootings were even possible. You can read about that here: https://steemit.com/conspiracy/@hqz/spe-the-dc-snipers-a-red-flag-a-question

We were asking how you could both see through a sight and shoot through a less than 3-inch hole at a distance. A reader reminded us that they supposedly had a bipod, and that the back seat was rigged to be removed. While that might make it a little more comfortable for a shooter, I still don’t see how the optics are possible.

There was a film that came out about the DC snipers in 2013 called Blue Caprice, which was named after the car they drove. In making the movie, I think someone smelled a rat:

Notice how they make the hole right above the license plate wider and square it off. Even though it still beggars belief, they have Lee Boyd Malvo on his side in the film to try to justify how this might be possible.

Keep in mind that in part of the terror campaign the snipers killed 4 people at 4 different locations in 77 minutes. Keep in mind they had to drive to the different locations. They fired one shot for each victim from far away, so that they were able to escape. Did they do this even through this fictionally larger hole? Again, the sight on the rifle is mounted at least 2 inches above the barrel.

Even in the larger fictional portrayal, I only see at most an inch of room above that barrel in firing through that hole. You would need to position the car perfectly (even if you could see at all). 4 victims, 4 different locations, 4 kill shots in 77 minutes. Under 20 minutes to drive to the location, position the car perfectly, set up the shot, shoot perfectly, and then begin the drive to the new location. Lee Boyd Malvo, the supposed trigger man, was `17 years old.

We are going to return to this film in future installments. It is my claim that the film is a repackaging of the event and that it puts forward a spooky code that relates back to the event itself.

Like a Duck in a Noose

On what turned out to be the day of their capture, the police announced the following in the media:

"You have indicated that you want us to do and say certain things. You have asked us to say, 'We have caught the sniper like a duck in a noose.' We understand that hearing us say this is important to you."

There was a lot of speculation about what that phrase—“like a duck in a noose”—even means. The best guess was that it had to do with a Cherokee story about catching a duck.

I have a better interpretation.

Wikipedia posts a graphic of the 15 locations of the shootings. You can see it here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/D.C._sniper_attacks

The thing is, you can see how the locations of the shootings resemble the constellation Draco:

It is not perfect, but I think you can see the resemblance. This is what “like a duck in a noose” is about.

As you can see the constellation Draco resembles a noose: the noose, a hitch, and a trailing rope. "Draco" means “drake” or dragon. But, “drake” also means a male duck. This is the point. “Draco” means “drake,” which is a word for a duck. The "drake" resembles a noose. Like a duck in a noose: the constellation resembles the patterns for the shootings.

We will explain the further significance of these in future installments. The spooks (intelligence agencies) like to use this kind of mysticism in their psyops. If you have been following these installments, then you know that I call what we do “ghostbusting”—we are looking for the spooky signatures in psyop events.

Next time, we will explain more why this Draco constellation is important and will work toward showing how the movie about the event builds in deliberate codes.

Until then…

Quick question--why do you think you have 166 votes on your comment about liking my article, but I don't have anything near those votes on my article? No offense, but isn't that weird?

Amazing information. Thank you.
