Buns with spicy meat

Ingredients


  • 500 g of pizza dough;
  • 500 g ground meat;
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • 1 teaspoon of dried tarragon;
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs;
  • 1 teaspoon dried garlic;
  • 150 g of champignons;
  • 1 onion;
  • green onion - to taste;
  • 200 g of hard cheese;
  • 80 g cream cheese;
  • 2-3 tablespoons of milk.


Preparation



Start by preparing the filling. Preheat a couple tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat and use it to sliced ​​finely chopped onions. Once the onion is clear, put chopped mushrooms to it and cook until the excess moisture completely evaporates. Put the stuffing, add the dried herbs, garlic and salt. Cook, stirring, another 3-4 minutes until the meat is ready. Add chopped green onions.

Be sure to let the filling cool down, otherwise it will heat the dough at the molding stage, which will begin to stick and tear.

Roll out the ready dough for pizza into a rectangle measuring approximately 35 × 20 centimeters. Distribute half of the grated cheese, retreating a couple of centimeters from each edge. On top, put the meat stuffing and sprinkle it all over again with cheese.

Roll the dough into a roll, cut off excess from both ends. Divide the roll into eight equal pieces.

Put each bun in an oily and flour-poured form for baking cut up. Grease the surface with olive oil.

Send the buns in a preheated oven to 220 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Leave the finished products cool. For the sauce, whip cream cheese with 2-3 tablespoons of milk.

Pour the buns with sauce, decorate with greens and serve.
