I think the answer yes is possible because of 2 reasons:

Fundamental: byzantine event
Technical: Price has tested the key support zone.
--> these make the support strong enough to push the price to go up.

@andrewwu I agree with you, this could be a nice spot to buy some Ether... but I think most of the people are still holding for the BTC fork.
