@sorayakhatun: If you are new here's my advise:
Firstly, you don't need author's permission to upvote, resteem or follow. Making that kind of might gives the impression that you don't read the content and basically spamming to game the system.
Secondly, to really get author's attention for upvoting your comment you impress the author with commenting on the merits of the content and not give the impression you post your comment without reading the content.
Thirdly, some whales don't have patience and they might flag your comment ruining your entire career on Steemit.
