Thanks for that but unfortunately I have a lot of STEEM is stuck inside my STEEM wallet, and it's very painful to watch it being diluted and I cannot do anything about it......

What's stopping you from :

signing up on an exchange
depositing your steem on the exchange
exchanging it to bitcoin/bitshares/ether
sending it (withdrawing it) to your Steem Power wallet via the "Buy Steem Power" button from the top-right menu?

Sorry, I thought your steem wallet was outside of steemit.com. Anyhow, seems transfers have resumed now.
