RE: BCH Fork: ABC vs SV - WHO WILL WIN? (100 STEEM PRIZE MONEY)
What does winning mean? My expectation is that both chains will survive. Does that mean both win?

The longest chain, which will take on the name BCH. At least that's my understanding. Based on tweets, there seems to be no peace treaty.
In that case, I expect ABC to 'win', but SV will survive and be listed separately. Bittrex have already stated that they'll list the SV coin if it survives.
according to some tweets, if SV doesn't "win" they will kill the fork... now, technically if ABC loses, it doesnt mean they would necessarily kill ABC
It's not just up to them whether or not SV survives. Every additional block will update the difficulty. If SV is mined by profit-driven third party miners the disappearance of SVPool and the other SV supporting pools wouldn't kill the coin (*they would have to be the only miners mining it at an unprofitable level for them to have the power to unilaterally kill it).
Even if the price drops off, as long as there's still some money available the chain will adjust difficulty to survive.
yes, good point... i think its just a political power struggle, somewhat comical to be honest.
