In order to make a bet in the online game, a player has to purchase and stake FCC tokens to play a certain amount of game rounds. After playing each round or draw, the player can verify that the random number was generated fairly and unpredictably by GLI certified algorithm. By owning FCC tokens, users have a right to validate transactions on the blockchain within its consensus rules and get paid transaction fees from the network for each game transaction. The fee is necessary to prevent low-cost attacks and enforce the network rules.
