Three days have passed since she went missing, and her family is very worried and sad. She is a cheerful child, and the rescue team has been searching tirelessly for her, but they haven't found her yet. The next day, the rescue team leader informed Nadeesha's family that they had identified the cabin from the last photo, which is located by the riverbank near Choba, the next village. Nadeesha's father insisted they leave immediately to find her, but the leader advised him to stay back for safety.

Meanwhile, Nadeesha's older brother, who overheard their conversation, rushed into the woods. He found himself in a familiar yet confusing area and came to a fork in the road, unsure which path to take. While he was pondering, he felt a tap on his shoulder and froze in fear, thinking he was in danger. When he opened his eyes, he saw it was the rescue team leader. He explained he was searching for his sister, and the leader asked how he knew to come this way.

I heard your talk with my dad, so I left early to avoid being stopped from joining you. The leader said, 'Now that Nadeesha's brother is here, we have 21 people. Let's work together to find Nadeesha and stay safe. Split into groups of seven and head out.' Each group of seven took a road to search. Meanwhile, Nadeesha's brother slipped away unnoticed, thinking it would be easier to go alone. He wanted to rescue his sister himself because no one at home believed in him. He thought that if he found her, they would finally believe in him.

As he rested under a tree, he spotted the cabin from the last photo. He couldn't believe his eyes; it was real! He wondered what had brought Nadeesha there and what she was doing inside. As he approached the cabin, he saw a dark figure in a robe with a white face. He hid and watched as the figure entered the cabin. After a moment, he quietly approached the door, but when he opened it, it slammed shut behind him.

He glanced back but saw nothing. When he turned forward, he noticed the dark figure from before coming closer, filling him with fear. As it approached, a heavy breeze surrounded him, though it didn't push him, he felt its weight. When the figure reached him, it spoke, saying, 'You seek Nadeesha; look behind you, she is there. You can join her if you survive.' Nadeesha's brother felt even more frightened and pondered the meaning of this. 'I believe in myself; I will survive and leave with my sister,' he reassured himself. He finally spotted his sister tied up in another part of the cabin, but a river stood between them.

The dark figure warned, 'You must cross the river and pass all tests to reach your sister. Fail any, and the river will swallow you.' Nadeesha, from across the river, signaled him not to proceed, but he bravely stepped onto the water as instructed. An unseen voice began asking questions, and he answered until he reached the river's center, where he became confused by the final question. Nadeesha started crying for her brother, fearing they would both perish. He worried for her, glancing back, and suddenly remembered the answer, shouting it out. The dark figure was pleased with his response. 'You have survived; I will allow you to go with your sister.' Instantly, the river vanished, and Nadeesha was freed.

Nadeesha and her brother left the cabin, but she was weak from being tied up for days, so he helped her walk slowly. As they moved through the woods, they encountered the rescue team. The leader said, 'We have been searching everywhere for you and your sister; we feared something terrible had happened. Where did you find her?' Nadeesha's brother replied, 'I found her right there.' They pointed to the spot where the cabin had been, but it was gone. Nadeesha said, 'I lost my way and wandered alone in the bushes,' not wanting her brother to explain further.

Suddenly, Nadeesha's alarm went off, waking her from sleep. She checked herself and realized she was safe in her room. It had all been a dream, but she still needed to be careful while going to take this last photo.

Hola @ninapenda, La imagen del río le dio un ambiente especial a la historia, realzó los sentimientos de Nadeesha al temer por la vida de su hermano. Al final nos cambias lo que habíamos pensado al despertar del sueño y a la vez seguimos dudando.

Ya, I didn't want it to be predictable. I love the fact that you were left in suspense... Since it was a dream all along, who knows, it may or may not happen. Maybe one day, I will complete the story.

Thank you for stopping by!!!
