Start so small you can't say no

In today's post i want to encourage all of you who want to improve physically 2018 to do the following thing:

  • Set yourself a goal (eg be able to do 20 pushups in one set)
  • Perform one simple thing that brings you closer to this goal every single day (eg do 3x as many pushups as possible)
  • Rinse and repeat until goal is reached
  • Find a new goal and follow same process to reach it

This process always starts with action. Make the first step so small you can't say no to it, this could even be performing one single pushup to start your 2018 fitness journey and build on that.
