Week Two: Spartan Race Training Summary

Today marks the end of week two of my Spartan Race training. I had a rough start to my week and skipped running two out of the five days. I did increase my total mileage for the week though and at the end of the day (or week) that's all that matters.

My plan moving forward is Monday through Thursday to try and increase when I feel good and do what I can. Friday will be my distance test where I push myself as far as I can trying to set a new PR.

Weekly Summary

Monday- Rest day

Tuesday- 2 miles completed with my mile average being 9:44 and a total duration of 19:34.

Wednesday- Skipped running

Thursday
AM- 3 miles completed with my mile average being 10:19 and a total duration of 30:58.
PM- 1 mile completed with the total time being 9:07.

Friday- 5 miles completed with my mile average being 10:05 and a total duration of 50:29.
