Weekend Routine

Today I managed to get out and go for a run this morning to start my day. The weather was really good so I took the advantage. I’ve been told not to run so hard at the beginning and go at a steady pace. Someone I knew use to play soccer would tell me she would do sprints when she ran. So If I run out of breath I try to pick for example pole or tree to start running again to keep up my pace.

Shortly, after my run I went to go have my breakfast along with my protein shake. I drink the boost protein shake. It’s good protein. 473034FC-6F69-484F-A252-39A66A188364.jpegMy favorite flavor is Vanilla delight. I have 2-3 times a day. I would have one after my workout. I would eat fruit or granola bars as well.

For my abs. I did some leg raises you can feel it in you’re core. You want to avoid arching your back. And also try to avoid having your shoulders pick up from the floor. It’s good to write down your workouts down or plan it out ahead.

I want them to rock hard and have strong abdominal core. :)

I was concentrating on working on picking up my body weight off the ground.
