I absolutely loce "speculass". We call them "Spekulatius" and it's a treat during winter and christmas holidays.

Do you know lotus speculoos spread? It's a spread for bread and toast (but you can also use it for baking) that is made out of these cookies. It's addictive and also vegan by the way. ;) So much for vegan is healthy! :D But once in a while you have to treat yourself. :)
