Ingredients:
500 g of gravel
7 cloves of red onion
5 cloves of garlic
3 large red peppers
3 large green chili peppers
10 pieces of red pepper
2 bay leaves
2 segments galangal
5 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
3 tablespoons of tamarind water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
100 ml of water
4 tbsp oil
How to make:
Cut the onion and garlic. Set aside. Cut the red chili and green chilli, sliced and tilted aside. Boil gravel and ginger. Set aside.
Prepare the pan and heat the oil. Add the slices of garlic, onion. Saute for a while. Then input galang geprek and bay leaf. Saute until fragrant.
Enter the boiled kikil and juice of tamarind juice. Continue sautéing, water input, sweet soy sauce, large red peppers, green peppers, and red pepper. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Sauté it until it is acidic, then serve it.
