You Are What you ABSORB not what you eat
" You are what you eat" Right? Well...not exactly. This saying misses an important piece! You could be eating the perfect diet for your body and taking the perfect supplements BUT if you are not absorbing those amazing things, then unfortunately you are paying for expensive pee & stool :) So how do we prepare our bodies to absorb the yummy goodness we put into it? One way is cleansing which I will get into in a later posting. But how does this relate to CBD?
Well actually it is a very important piece of how our body reacts to CBD which is often not getting spoken about. Have you ever heard "yeah I tried CBD and it didn't do anything for me"? There is a high chance this is due to that person's ability to absorb that CBD. For not all cbd or hemp oils are created equal. So you may have a high amount of cbd in the bottle (bottle A) , which the body only absorbs 15% of it, and a bottle with lower amount in cbd in the bottle (bottle B) but a person can absorb 40% of. SO from the outside bottle A may seem like more bang for your buck, but actually bottle B would be a better investment!
There is a hemp oil (naturally containing cbd, and very little (the part that makes you feel high, less than .002) that allows your body to absorb 90% or more of it! if you would like more information please comment and I would be happy to share :)
