If You Don't Make This Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce Recipe, You'll Hate Yourself Later.
Buffalo sauce to the max ! (I know. That Was So 80's)
Who doesn’t like red hot buffalo wing sauce?
If not, it’s un-American!
I’m just kidding.
There will be no patriotic orgies on this post, just good old-fashioned buffalo sauce!
In fact, making buffalo hot sauce is easier than reenacting the American Revolution.
With that said, let’s put down our muskets and pick our spoons and skillets and break down how to make this American classic!
The ingredients you will need include:
1 1/3 cup of hot pepper sauce.
1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks)
3 tablespoons white vinegar.
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
1/4 teaspoon paprika.
¼ teaspoon of salt.
Easy directions:
- First things first, you’re going get a medium or large skillet and set it on medium heat.
- Next, begin melting down your butter and add the hot sauce.
- After that, mix in the white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne powder, garlic powder, paprika and salt.
- Lastly, you’re going to let the entire contents of the saucepan cook for about 10 to 15 minutes.
You made it through the gauntlet and made a vat of delicious red hot buffalo wing sauce to call your own.
I know I know.
I’m being overly dramatic about a recipe, as usual.
All things considered, can you blame me for being so giddy.
After all, most people buy buffalo sauce in a bottle.
Instead of going that route, why not make your own from scratch, using this recipe as a blueprint?
Implement what you know and let other improve upon it.
At the end of the day, that’s what life is all about.

Anyway, you can use my red hot buffalo wing sauce recipe for a lot of things, most notably, buffalo wings.
Also, you can get creative and use it for certain burger recipes too!
