YES! Love this title. I totally believe in food as medicine. I started eating sardines despite how they smell because there are just too many good benefits not to.

One thing though, are you ever careful with the fish you eat? I found out I have WAY too much mercury in my system because I was eating salmon and tuna which can have high levels of mercury.

Now I'm dealing with heavy metal toxicity. I didn't even know that was possible really until last year. So be careful!
