I love sweet potatoes!! I could eat them every single day :D It looks fantastic with apples and cranberry sauce, I'll definitely do it. Thanks for the inspiration!! :)

    Your welcome:) Sweet potatoes are so delicious and could be great as a snack or part of a meal! And with cranberries and apples extra delicious:) When I start getting hungry many times I reach for a sweet potato!
