A doughnut or donut as some may refer to it is a type of fried dough dessert.Doughnuts are very popular sweet dish for people having a sweet tooth prepared in various forms as a sweet snack that can be eaten anytime on the go.

Doughnuts are deep fried dough basically and usually are either ring shape or without a hole and may be often filled with fillings such as chocolate filling etc and various toppings and flavorings are used, such as sugar, chocolate, or maple glazing etc.

TYPE OF DONUTS

The most common types are the ring doughnut and the filled doughnut, which is then filled with fruit syrups, creams & other sweet fillings.Once fried, the doughnuts can be glazed with a sugar icing,chocolate, or can be topped with powdered sugar or sprinkles among other things. Other shapes are usually rings, balls,etc.
I am having some blueberry donuts for myself as i was having some major sweet cravings and it was lip smacking tbh :)
