who says people can't fly

Acrobatic athletes have been around for sentries. And come in a verity of categories. There is parkour, tricking, free running, and gymnastics. Is this next post I will explain each end every one of this categories and their differences. One little heeds up when I explain I use the word "flip" a lot and what I mean is something like a back flip, front flip, or some sort of somersault.

Parkour:
Parkour is the art of getting to point A to point B as fast as you can regardless of the obstacles lying ahead.

There are less flips involved and more long distance and elaborate jumps extremists usually do this from high places which adds to the adrenalin rush and the danger of it jumping of building and roof tops.

Tricking:
tricking is my personal favorite as opposed to all the other possibilities tricking is mostly doing all sorts of different flips and turns in one general area like a play grown or a grass with no extra force but your own there are no trampolines no height differences. That’s why most of the flips are done with all sorts of round how's kicks and momentum build ups it’s a bit harder do explain without a video but I don’t know how to upload one so enjoy you-tubing it  (hilly recommended by the way).

Free running:
Free running is basically a cross over between tricking and parkour. Mostly it's a lot more fun at big parks and places with all sorts of benches and even street art around because what you do is run around and along the whey if you see something like a bench you jump on it, of it, around it in some strange way to do a back flip or any other somersault. It’s a fun combination of the tow without the extrema height danger that usually comes with parkour.

Gymnastics:
This is probably the most popular one from all of the above because it has its own Olympic tournament there's a lot of similarities between gymnastics to all of the above. Also gymnastic has a lot of categories of its own Floor Exercise, Pommel Horse, Still Rings, Vault, Parallel Bars, and Horizontal Bar, Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam. Out of all this mess you just read the category I am referring to is Floor Exercise. Gymnastics is done with perfect technique and almost no power it's a sequence of a copula of flips to build up momentum and at the end there will be one very high jump and a very impressive combo of turns and flips.

Before I enlisted into the army I used to do Tricking I was quite good if I do say so myself I used to go to this place where you pay each time to go in. they have all the equipment and for 90 mints you can do whatever you want there. The people there were very nice and friendly gladly helping you learn new things I used to go there to just be free and disconnected from everything and for those tow seconds your twisting around it the air it feels like flying.
