For today’s Friday focus, I wanted to talk about “dehydration hunger” 💦
Oftentimes when we are feeling hungry, it’s actually through lack of hydration!
Studies have shown that consuming an 8oz glass of water stops hunger pangs 100% of the time, which can make a big difference firstly in weight loss, and secondly, in allowing your body to detox.
So this weekend, if you feel hungry, try first having a glass of water to see whether or not the hunger was real!
