Losing Weight does not happen like MAGIC
Ever dreamed about losing weight but thinks that its impossible to do it?
Have you ever think losing weight could just happen overnight? (Like a Magic)
Well, you are thinking wrong. Its never impossible to lose weight but its also not possible to lose weight overnight.
In order to lose weight, you need to cut calories. Yes! You might have heard it a couple of times but yet i will say it again. You need to cut calories as this is very important for weight loss.
In order for you to cut calories, you have to ditch all those food and drinks that is packed with calories but doesn't make you full, examples are junk foods as well as soda. These type of food does not only make you fat but it is also unhealthy, so i would suggest for you to get rid of them if you ever want to lose weight and see some progress.
Choose some food that are low in calories but are heavy in the stomach, i mean something that can make you feel full for a longer period of time.
Never do crash diet as it will do more damage than good. Trust me, crash diet makes you gain more weight as it slows down your metabolism and burns lean muscle mass than fats and those who do crash diets tend to eat more after not eating for couple of meals. (Been there done that)
In order for you to lose weight you need to exercise and move that lazy ass. But i suggest for you not to do some heavy exercise right away. I suggest that you would first start walking for 30 mins til you can walk for 1hr straight. Then once you feel that your body is getting the hang of it, then do running.
Give your body a time to adjust as well as your skin. Rapid weight loss can cause your skin to sag, also keep yourself hydrated. Drink plenty of water.
LASTLY, you need to be MOTIVATED, motivate yourself to exercise and be healthy. and the most important thing is SELF-DESCIPLINE.
Again, weight loss does not happen overnight you have to do it one step at a time, it might take a couple of months but trust me, everything is worth it. You will not only learn self-descipline but you will also gain confidence.
